Breakfasts tend to be a bit more gourmet when I’m at home. I have the week off work this week to try to get some writing done. I can’t tell yet whether it’s going well or not. This should set me up, though: two eggs, a tomato, a big mushroom, about 80g smoked salmon, a little but of spring onion, and a big handful of spinach. Let’s do this.
